Privacy notice

Your files stay on your device

Selected images, videos, audio, PDFs and pasted text are processed in browser memory. We do not upload file contents or filenames to an application server. Downloads are created locally. Working copies remain in this tab until you clear them or leave the page; downloaded files remain wherever you save them.

Ordinary website requests

Cloudflare delivers this website and its processing engines. Like other hosting providers, it processes network information, including IP addresses and request details, for delivery, security and operational logs. This is separate from the contents of files selected in the tools. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies, advertising and analytics

There are no advertising scripts or third-party analytics SDKs. Optional first-party usage statistics are disabled until you choose Allow statistics. Declining does not affect any tool. You can withdraw consent using Privacy choices in the footer. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable optional measurement. Your yes/no preference is saved locally for up to 180 days; it contains no visitor identifier. A separate essential, secure cookie is used only for the private owner dashboard, with an eight-hour session. Browser caching may store the website and processing code. Cloudflare may use security mechanisms when needed to protect the service.

Optional usage statistics

With your consent, we count the public page visited, the tool used, whether a run started, succeeded, partially succeeded, failed or was cancelled, the number of successful outputs and its duration. We do not transmit selected filenames, file content, pasted text, image metadata, conversion settings or error messages. A random event reference prevents repeat counting. Country is estimated by Cloudflare. Referral information is reduced to a category such as Google, direct or other; we do not retain referral URLs or search queries.

Our analytics database does not store raw IP addresses or full browser user-agent strings. A secret-keyed daily IP digest estimates daily unique visitors; shared or changing IPs affect accuracy. It is pseudonymous, not a precise count of people, and changes each day. Event references and daily digests are deleted after approximately two to three days; daily aggregate counts are kept for 90 days. Statistics are stored in Cloudflare D1 and accessible through the password-protected owner dashboard. Authentication sessions expire after eight hours and temporary login rate-limit records after 15 minutes, with hourly cleanup. Site delivery and security processing by Cloudflare still occurs when optional statistics are declined.

Metadata

Original image metadata is excluded by default. If you enable “Keep metadata”, supported camera and capture-time EXIF fields may be copied. GPS location requires a separate opt-in. Output files may contain encoder-generated technical tags. Visible identifying information inside an image is not removed. Audio and video exports exclude original metadata; PDF tools are not anonymization tools.

Changes

If advertising, analytics or account features are added, this notice will be revised and consent controls introduced where applicable before those features are enabled.
